What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you request a quote or contact us through a form on this website, we ask for:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The cleaning service you are interested in
  • Your property type and the area of Dubai where the service is needed
  • Your preferred service date
  • The approximate size or area to be cleaned
  • Any additional details or requests you choose to write

You decide what to put in the free-text field. Please do not include payment card details, identity document numbers or health information there — we do not need them to give you a quote.

If you contact us by WhatsApp using the button on our site, your message and phone number are handled inside WhatsApp under Meta’s own privacy terms, and we receive them the same way we would receive any WhatsApp message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit:

  • Server logs — your IP address, browser type, the pages you opened and the date and time. These are generated by our hosting provider and are used to keep the site running and to investigate faults.
  • Security records — our security software records IP addresses and login attempts in order to block automated attacks and spam submissions. This is the main reason we process IP addresses.

Cookies

Small files are stored in your browser to make the site work correctly — for example to remember that you have already submitted a form, or to keep you signed in if you are a member of our team. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

We do not send marketing messages to people who have only requested a quote unless they have separately agreed to receive them.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the website and deliver our service:

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database on our behalf.
  • Our backup storage provider, where copies of the website — including form submissions — are kept so the site can be restored if something goes wrong.
  • Google, which provides the reCAPTCHA anti-spam check on our forms and the web fonts used for the site’s typography. Google receives technical information such as your IP address as part of these checks.
  • Our own cleaning staff, who receive the details needed to attend your address and carry out the booked service.

Some of these providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that is the case, your information is transferred and stored under the contractual protections those providers offer.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so by a UAE authority or court.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become bookings — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Records of completed jobs — kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
  • Security and server logs — kept for a short period, typically no more than 30 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep them.

How we protect your information

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to the site’s administration area is limited to named team members, and we run security software that blocks malicious traffic and scans the site for tampering. Backups are taken daily and stored separately.

No website can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affected your personal information we would tell you and the relevant authority as required.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Give you a copy of it
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete it, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose
  • Withdraw any consent you gave us

To make any of these requests, email info@cleaningservicesdubai.net. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We recommend checking it occasionally.
